Compassionate, evidence-based doula support designed to help your family feel informed, confident, and cared for through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester. My approach blends modern guidance with calm, hands-on support tailored to your needs — whether you're preparing for labor, welcoming your baby, or settling into life at home.

I currently offer four core services: birth support, daytime postpartum care, overnight postpartum care, and sleep support for babies 5 months and older.

  • Hands-on help, emotional support, and gentle guidance as you heal and adjust with your newborn.

    Daytime care gives you the practical and emotional support you need while settling into life with a new baby. I meet you where you are and help make your home feel peaceful, supported, and manageable.

    Daytime care may include:
    • Newborn care + soothing techniques
    • Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
    • Light household tasks (dishes, bottles, laundry)
    • Simple meal prep + snacks
    • Help with naps + daytime rhythms
    • Postpartum recovery support
    • Education, reassurance, and emotional support
    • Time for you to nap, shower, or rest

    First-time parents, families with limited local support, C-section recovery, or anyone wanting more hands-on guidance during the day.

  • Restful nights, smoother mornings, and gentle sleep shaping from the start.

    Overnight care allows you to sleep while I care for your baby’s needs through the night. You wake rested, informed, and supported — with notes from the night and a calmer rhythm for your baby.

    My approach is responsive, evidence-based, and never rigid. Gentle sleep shaping is included as your baby grows, helping support healthy habits without pressure.

    Overnight support includes:
    • Full newborn care throughout the night
    • Safe sleep practices + gentle sleep shaping
    • Support for breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combo feeding
    • Burping, diapering, soothing, and settling
    • Light baby-related clean-up (bottles, pump parts, nursery refresh)
    • Overnight notes so you wake up informed and confident

  • Customized sleep training plans for older babies using responsive, evidence-based methods.

    Once your baby is developmentally ready (typically 5+ months), I offer personalized sleep training support to help your whole family get more consistent rest.

    I support several gentle, age-appropriate methods and help you choose the approach that best matches your baby and your parenting style.

    Sleep training support includes:
    • 60-minute virtual sleep consultation
    • Personalized sleep plan tailored to your baby’s age + needs
    • Age-appropriate schedules + nap structures
    • Bedtime routines + troubleshooting guidance
    • Responsive sleep training methods (Ferber-style check-ins, parent-present methods, gradual approaches)
    • Night-weaning guidance if desired
    • One week of follow-up text support for adjustments
