Hi, I’m Grace — a full-spectrum doula supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester with evidence-based care, emotional support, and hands-on newborn help.

I’m based in Lockhart, TX, and serve families in Lockhart, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Bastrop, and the Austin area. Whether you want guidance during pregnancy, support throughout your birth experience, or nurturing postpartum care, my goal is to help you feel informed, grounded, and fully supported at every stage.

Today was Ava’s follow-up echo + EKG… and gosh, watching her walk into that room so brave and happy felt like such a full-circle moment. Last January she had a balloon procedure to open her heart valve for pulmonary stenosis. Before that? We were in and out of the hospital multiple times a month. Sedations, procedures, holding her down for exams, hearing words no parent ever wants to hear. It stretched us in ways I can’t even describe. But look at her now. Thriving. Growing. Laughing. Running. Her little heart doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. The surgery worked, and today was just the sweetest reminder of how far she’s come. If you’re in the thick of it with a medically complex kid… I see you. It’s terrifying and heartbreaking and lonely. But there are brighter days. There is the moment where you look at your child and think, “We made it through that.” So proud of my girl. So grateful for every nurse, doctor, and tech who’s been part of her story. And so, so thankful for this healthy, happy heart beating in her chest. ❤️ #medicallycomplex #pulmonarystenosis #grateful

Committing to changing one small habit every single day can change your brain chemistry! Neuroplasticity kicks in FAST. Your brain starts forming new neural connections within hours of repeating a new behavior. Even a 2-minute habit creates a “micro-circuit” that strengthens every time you do it. Just doing one thing that’s serving you and your body and your mental health every single day can change your mental and physical health quickly! What’s your one small habit you’re committing to?
